On the auspicious onset of Navratri, the filmmakers of Padmavati decided to reveal Padmavati’s new poster. We can see Deepika Padukone’s look from the film and the actress in looking gorgeous. Deepika Padukone looks royalty and is doing justice to her character of Rani Padmavati of Chittod.padmavati

While Deepika Padukone has already featured in film with royal roles like this one in her previous period films, it is certain that she has stellar actors like Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor by her side. Deepika is decked with jewelry all over and donning authentic ethnic attire, Deepika Padukone is sporting an intense look. In fact, she seems deep in thought, and folds hands in one of them.padmavati
Sharing the poster on Twitter, Deepika said, “देवी स्थापना के शुभ अवसर पर मिलिए रानी पद्मावती से (On the auspicious day of Navratri, meet Rani Padmavati) #Padmavati @FilmPadmavati.” While Shahid wrote, “चित्तोड़ की महारानी, शौर्य और सौंदर्य का प्रतीक. रानीपद्मावती (The Queen of Chittod, the symbol of valor and beauty) #Padmavati @FilmPadmavati @deepikapadukone @RanveerOfficial” and Ranveer wrote, “मल्लिका-ए-चित्तोड़, पद्मावती #Padmavati @FilmPadmavati. Yesterday the logo of the film was launched on Twitter. The announcement was exclusive in its own way. The makers wrote, “रानी पद्मावती पधार रही हैं… कल सूर्योदय के साथ.” (Rani Padmavati is arriving tomorrow with the sunrise.) And true to their word, the three actors shared the first look of the film.

Spellbinding look of Deepika Padukone as Rani Padmavati is out and we can see Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor’s look in the movie. While Deepika Padukone can be seen in the role of Rani Padmavati, Ranveer Singh essays the role of Alauddin Khilji. On the other hand, Shahid Kapoor will be seen as Rawal Ratan Singh in this period drama. The film is all set to hit the theaters on December 1.
