Official trailer:

Hrithik Roshan and Ronit Roy are outstanding in the movie the two best things in Kaabil.

The film’s story is a little off-track but Hrithik Roshan fans will certainly enjoy it for his talented act. Although there are too many loopholes for thriller fans to catch.

Rohan Bhatnager (Hrithik Roshan) is a visually impaired voice over artist who comes across Supriya (Yami Gautam), a visually impaired musician through a matchmaker. The duo get along well and soon fall in love. Just when they are believe that everything will be alright, a traumatic event shakes them up. Supriya is raped by Amit Shelar (Rohit Roy), MLA Madhavrao Shelar’s (Ronit Roy) younger brother and his friend. After filing an FIR and police turning a blind eye to this case. This enrages Rohan who takes it upon himself to get justice for the heinous crime committed against his wife.

Will Rohan be able to trick the system and take revenge?

Sanjay Gupta’s Kaabil is a very ambitious project that is based around the captivating tale of a blind protagonist seeking revenge against those in power. While the story seems impressive on paper, there is a lot of detailing and realism that the film lacks. The plot has been transparent and hinged through fragile threads and hence as a viewer, they are easily able to spot the loopholes. A few powerful dialogues are brilliant in the film. Like Rohan’s answes during interrogation about his whereabouts, “Log kya sote waqt gawah rakh ke sote hai”.

Hrithik Roshan’s last film, Mohenjo Daro was a disaster at the boxoffice. The actor has done well with Kaabil and gives his fans to reinstate their faith in him. He has taken pains to play a visually impaired person and that’s quite evident in the film. He is excellent in the action scenes mainly. The actor has made this very brave attempt.
Yami Gautam is breathtaking as Supriya. She is able to emote well in certain scenes. Rohit Roy as the bad man does a decent job. Ronit Roy is fantastic as Madhavrao Shelar. He is brilliant with his Maharashtrian accent and his stern dialogue delivery.

Watch this thrilling film by Sanjay Gupta starring Hrithik and Yami. The film is great at action sequences and is mainly for die-hard Hrithik fans.
