Anees Bazmee and John Abraham to work on upcoming film Saade Saati

When Anees Bazmee announced his next comedy film called Saade Saati, it was rumoured in several sections of the media that Ajay Devgn and Anil Kapoor were roped in for the forthcoming project. But like many of Anees’s announcements, this new project was also not able to move ahead.

And now with John Abraham keen interest to work in comedies, the actor-producer has decided to tie up with Bazmee by bringing his company John Abraham Entertainment onboard the film, and becoming one of the producers on the project.

“John has been keen to do a comedy with Akshay. Akshay had agreed but could not work out dates. John, in the meantime, wanted to proceed and decided to talk to his Welcome Back director Anees and got him back into his fold,” say inside sources.

According to trade sources also add that the movie will be co-produced by John Abraham Entertainment and Kumar Mangat Pathak. The last film Abraham and Pathak collaborated on was the Anurag Kashyap directed film No Smoking in 2007.
