The trailer for Disney’s new Lion King film is out

The Lion King is an upcoming live cum action film from Disney based on the 1994 classic movie. Audience have been awaiting the release of the film’s first trailer. The clip looks interesting. Fans of the original movie will find the new one intriguing, as it seems similar to the original.

Disney The Lion King movie’s synopsis reads:

From Disney Live Action, director Jon Favreau’s all-new “The Lion King” journeys to the African savanna where a future king is born. Simba idolizes his father, King Mufasa, and takes to heart his own royal destiny. But not everyone in the kingdom celebrates the new cub’s arrival. Scar, Mufasa’s brother—and former heir to the throne—has plans of his own. The battle for Pride Rock is ravaged with betrayal, tragedy and drama, ultimately resulting in Simba’s exile. With help from a curious pair of newfound friends, Simba will have to figure out how to grow up and take back what is rightfully his.

The movie stars Donald Glover, James Earl Jones, Billy Eichner, Seth Rogen, John Oliver, Alfre Woodard, Beyonce Knowles, Chiwetel Ejiofor, JD McCrary, Shahadi Wright Joseph, John Kani, Florence Kasumba, Eric Andre, Keegan-Michael Key and is directed by Jon Favreau

The Lion King will hit the theaters everywhere on July 19th, 2019.
