NTR biopic: Vidya Balan’s vintage look as Basavatarakam is out

After revealing Nandamuri Balakrishna’s look as NTR, the filmmakers of the biopic has now released the look of Vidya Balan.The actress portrays the character of NTR’s wife Basavatarakam. In the poster, we see actress Vidya Balan in her vintage look, where she is playing the harmonium and NTR is admiring her.

Vidya Balan and Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer film features the ensemble star cast of Rana Daggubati, Sumanth, Nithya Menen, Rakul Preet and many others. NTR biopic will be based on the life of the former chief minister and legendary actor from his entry into movies and his life in politics.

The upcoming film is produced by Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Vardhan Induri. The duo are also co-producing the Hindi version which is titled 1983 biopic. The movie is directed by Krish, who is famous for delivering films like Gauthamiputra Satakarni, Gamyam and Vedam. His venture Kanche had won the national award for the best feature film in Telugu. The biopic is going to be released in two parts, which are NTR Kathanayakudu, that will depict the life of N.T. Rama Rao as an actor while the second part, titled NTR Mahanayakudu, will portray the political career.
