Stunning impressions and looks of the movie, 2.0 gives an emotional angle that does the trick and A.R. Rahman’s background score elevates the adrenaline pumping moments. The film is made of considerable budget of 550 crores, each minute of this film costs over 3 and a half crores. This film must be watched in the theatre!

The story of 2.0 is simple and could be explained in two lines but it will be unfair to share either. We get to see Dr. Waseegaran who has a new robot in Nila (Amy Jackson) and she’s beautiful. Waseegaran asks for Chitti but there is a lot of back-door politics and this becomes a tough task. Chitti returns back to fight Pakshi Raja (Akshay Kumar). The story revolves around this engrossing and etertaining face-off. Watch this delightful chaos that is created on screen.

S. Shankar’s story is based around his magnanimous vision which does not go out of sight from the first second till the very last. Everything that is happening on screen is much larger than life, along with keeping audience intrigued. The film keeps one surprised in every moment. Those who do not even understand a single word of Tamil are intrigued till the very end.

2.0 starring Rajinikanth as an actor is exceptional and makes one feel the fact that the star must never age. This film of the legendary 67-year-old star, Thalaivar, gives his everything for 2.0 and never allow his age to slow him down. Akshay Kumar fans have a treat for them. Although, the actor has a limited screen presence to show in the scenes in-front of Rajinikanth is great in the time frame. The actor has many quirky antics that do the magic well. He is able to get the emotional angle right and develops a connect with his character. Amy Jackson is great onscreen and a treat to the eyes. She has delivered an impressive performance.

A.R. Rahman’s background score goes very well with the thrilling and awe-inspiring scenes on screen. The visuals are great. 2.0 is a gift to movie buffs. There’s a lot for both Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar fans. To be watched in cinema halls!
