Badminton star PV Sindhu feels that actress Deepika Padukone will do justice to a biopic on her life, if it’s ever made.
PV Sindhu, who made the nation proud by becoming the first Badminton player to secure a gold at the World Championship shared her views in conversation with the Hindustan Times.
“I would definitely want Deepika Padukone to play the character. She has played the game and is a good actor too. But then, the makers would take the final decision,” Sindhu said.
Deepika is Badminton legend Prakash Padukone’s elder daughter and has played the sport at national level.
Actor Sonu Sood has taken hold of the rights to make a biopic on PV Sindhu. According to reports, Akshay Kumar has been roped in to play Sindhu’s coach Pullela Gopichand.
