Laal Kaptaan Trailer Review: Saif Ali Khan plays a fierce Naga Sadhu

Saif Ali Khan has treated his fans with yet another power-packed performance in the upcoming Bollywood flick Laal Kaptaan. The makers have shared the trailer of the film and it is everything viewers had expected from the posters. Saif Ali Khan as fierce Naga Sadhu gives goosebumps with just his looks.

In the trailer, Saif Ali Khan transforms himself into a predator who when sets his eyes on his prey, there is hardly anything that can stop him from going for the kill. The actor has no dialogues in the video, his powerful expressions and body language definitely leave an impact on the viewers. However, the video starts with Saif Ali Khan’s voice as he says, “Aadmi ke paeda hote hi, kaal apne bhaise pe chal padta hai…use baapis libane (As soon as a man is born, death mounts his bull and begins the journey of bringing him back).”

One can also hear Sonakshi Sinha’s voice in the trailer as she describes Saif Ali Khan’s character. She states that ‘Bhole ke sipahi nahi bhoot hote hain, kuch to kehte hain tum bhi bhoot ho. (Lord Shiva doesn’t have soldiers but ghosts, some people say that you are also ghost)”

Makers of Laal Kaptaan on Monday released a new poster of the film featuring Saif Ali Khan. The poster left the fans even more intrigued about the film. The trailer of the film appears to be released in parts and the first part is called ‘Chapter 1 – The Hunt’.

Directed by Navdeep Singh, Laal Kaptaan is all set to hit the theaters on October 18. Saif Ali Khan was last seen as a business tycoon in the film Baazaar. In August this year, he was starring in the second season of Sacred Games. The web series even got nominated for Emmy Awards 2019.
