Debutant Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria are all set to star opposite each other in director Milan Lutharia’s Tadap. The upcoming film is currently being shot in Dehradun right now. Meanwhile, Milan Lutharia met state Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat at his residence on Sunday.
As it was reported, the film maker met CM Rawat in order to discuss his ongoing project which will be extensively shot in the city. According to Milan Lutharia, almost 90 percent of the film will be shot in the state and its picturesque locations.
CM Rawat was all praises about the beauty of the state and also applauded the favorable environmental conditions that the authorities were providing to the team to shoot. Rawat also emphasized how the place offers conducive environment and good human resources for filming.
Sharing mroe about the project and filming, Milan Lutharia said that the movie will be shot for 45 days, starting from October 21. The film will be shot at various landmarks in Uttarakhand and in Dehradun, Rishikesh, Harshil, and Mussoorie as well.
It is revealed that the makers are keen on casting some local artists from the location as well. The state has already won an award for the most film-friendly state. While this is a debut for Ahan Shetty, Tara Sutaria who was last seen in Student Of The Year 2 will also be seen in Marjaavaan alongside Sidharth Malhotra.
