After years, he is still unable to move on and starts hallucinating them which affects his professional life. He’s posted on a case of a ship that’s stranded on a beach in Mumbai.

After investigating the ship he falls into some eerie belongings of the past crew of the ship. He believes that the ship is haunted and starts looking out about the whereabouts of the crew members. Along with the help of his friend Riyaz (Akash Dhar) and a professor-cum-tantrik (Ashutosh Rana), Prithvi tries his best to reach the bottom of this situation. Bhoot: Part One – The Haunted Ship stars Vicky Kaushal who maintains subtlety throughout the story. He’s genuine and believable. His presence is good but at timesthere are zero scares. Seen as Vicky’s friend, Akash Dhar gave a decent performance but the character is not written well. Bhumi Pednekar plays almost a cameo. Ashutosh Rana gives a character performance straight from 90s horror movies.

Bhoot: Part One – The Haunted Ship an average film and the genre lovers might will find some moments to of horror to praise.
