At the music launch of Gabbar Singh back in 2012, Chiranjeevi had showed interest in joining hands with filmmaker Harish Shankar. The megastar reiterated that interest on various subsequent occasions too. Now, it seems like things might materialise!
While Harish Shankar is presently scripting a story for Pawan Kalyan, the filmmaker, is planning to soon be working with Pawan’s elder brother, Chiranjeevi.
Chiranjeevi admires Harish’s unique style of film-making — his way of combining and entertaining elements in the script with commercial ones. Harish is a fan of Chiranjeevi and makes it even more comfortable for the megastar to collaborate with the director.
“Harish Shankar is a director who has the pulse of the public. Being a fan, he can better understand how a fan wants to see his favourite hero. The actor and director may start working together after they wrap up their respective current commitments,” says a source.
